This is our ’1st’ Purchase! It is not linked to our other properties and is located at the top of the ancient steps leading up from the church and the village.
Entrance is via a terrace and the double doors lead directly into the kitchen. The kitchen has a dish washer and larder fridge and there is a spiral staircase down to what used to be a cellar but is now a utillity room and has a washing machine and tumble drier and a further fridge with freezer compartment – ideal for keeping those beers cold!
From the kitchen there is a stone staircase that leads to the large living room which has 3 windows opening to reveal panoramic views of the rooftops and surrounding valley scene. Truly, a fabulous view. This room is large enough to put 2 put u up beds for the use of extra people. This is often useful, as the 2 bedrooms each have double beds. There is a separate shower room with WC and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with WC and bidet.
