La Rondine is a 1 bedroom property with a private garden and a separate south facing terrace. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a couple with a young child.
Entrance is through an archway door via the private garden into the living/dining room area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is well equipped with utensils etc., a must for those of our guests who enjoy shopping and cooking the local produce.
This property does not have a washing machine, but has use of the laundry which is close by and includes a tumble drier. Each of our properties have their own iron and ironing board. The ensuite shower room has tiled floor and walls with a WC. The double doors open onto a terrace area overlooking the garden, a perfect quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine or immerse yourself in a good book.
From the sunny south facing terrace, there is access to the swimming pool via a staircase to a lower patio area.
