Tuscan holiday home description
Italy is a fun and educational destination for the whole family. Our spacious self catering three bedroom house, set in the quiet hills of Pescaglia offers a family friendly
getaway and an ideal base to explore Tuscany.
There is one twin room on the ground floor with en suite shower room and a small balcony. On the first floor there is a further twin room and a double room with a separate bathroom with shower, making it ideal for
family holidays. Our twin beds all have zip up mattresses and can be made into king size beds.
Entrance to this spacious property is made from an elevated terrace with patio furniture and through the original stone doorway bearing the date 1594. The door leads into a large living room with an open
staircase to the 1st floor.
There is a separate large well equipped kitchen dining room with the original working stone fireplace and the farmhouse table will seat 8.
There is a swimming pool set in the grounds commanding an unbroken and breathtaking view of the hills. The peaceful landscape is just the spot for a relaxing and
comfortable holiday and spending quite time with the family under the Tuscan sun.
There are lots of family activities in Tuscany and many local family friendly restaurants. The villa is in an ideal location for painting holidays, photography,
day trips and walking. The countryside surrounding Celle is a delight and typical of this part of Italy.
In easy reach of Florence (Fienze) Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano to name but a few where a day trips create great memories. There is plenty to
do for families of all ages.

The house is cleaned once a week by a local woman, and the swimming pool is checked regularly and cleaned every week.

The pool is available from May to September to occupants of our private properties only.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks before departure.
