This luxury two bedroom farm house is set in the quiet hills of Pescaglia in the charming village of Celle dei Puccini, once the home of the famous Giacomo Puccini.
This exclusive self catering accommodation comprises of 2 Double Bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room with WC. There is a fascinating mixture of high ceilings, chestnut beams, stone fireplaces and terracotta floors all typically Tuscan.
The large living room with open log fire is located on the 1st floor and commands magnificent panoramic views over the Tuscan rooftops and hills. 2 comfortable put-u-up beds are available in this room to increase the accommodation to 6.
The large well equipped kitchen/diner is on the ground floor with a utility room in the cellar and includes tumble drier, washing machine and large fridge freezer.
There is a heated swimming pool set in the grounds commanding an unbroken and breathtaking view of the hills. The peaceful landscape is just the spot for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
An ideal location for Painting holidays, as the countryside surrounding Celle is a delight, resplendent with wild flowers, seemingly at all seasons. The special Tuscan light playing tricks with the landscape. In easy reach of Florence (Fienze) Lucca, Pisa, Siena.Volterra, San Gimignano to name but a few where a day trip out would satisfy your every need to produce a work of art!
For the music lovers Torre del Lago, home to the Puccini Opera, where during July and August you can listen to his opera in an open air theatre by the lake. Incidentally, also during July and August, Celle is host to Puccini's music and you can take your garden chair down to the village and outside Puccini's museum they perform some of his works.

The house is cleaned once a week by a local woman, and the heated swimming pool is checked regularly and cleaned three times a week.

The pool is available from May to September to occupants of our private properties only.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks before departure.
