Tuscan holiday home description

This self catering accommodation is on one level and comprises of one twin bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. (Our twin beds have zip up mattresses and can be joined to make a king size bed). There are double doors from the bedroom onto a terrace overlooking the garden.

Entrance is through a private garden. An arched doorway takes you through to a combined kitchen/diner and living area. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra person comfortably. There is a large south facing terrace with stairs to a shared patio and the swimming pool.

This unit can be joined to the Belvedere via the terrace with a sleeping capacity of 7

Access: It is not possible to drive through Celle, all parking is at the bottom of the village and access requires a short walk up into the village

The house is cleaned once a week by a local woman, and the swimming pool is checked regularly and cleaned every week.

The pool is available from May to September to occupants of our private properties only.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks before departure.
