Tuscan holiday home description

This self catering accommodation is on 2 levels with an interesting galleried landing looking down on an antique and workable log burner. The 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one twin room (the twin beds have zip mattresses and can be joined to make a king size bed) and a double bedroom. On the 1st floor there is a large showeroom with WC and bidet and there is a further shower room and WC on the ground floor.

The open plan living/dining room is comfortably furnished. A separate well equipped kitchen with small balcony is off the dining area, with splendid views over the valley.

The house is cleaned once a week by a local woman, and the swimming pool is checked regularly and cleaned every week.

The pool is available from May to September to occupants of our private properties only.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks before departure.
