TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices quoted are for one week or part thereof
Holidays commence on Sat from 3pm and we ask that you vacate by 10.30am on your departure date. During the High season our minimum stay is 7 nights. During Mid and Low seasons we are more flexible and commencement date can vary by arrangement.
Prices include all linen and towels, (including beach towels) electricity, gas and water. There is no final cleaning charge.
Payment. 25% of the total rental at time of booking to secure your dates and the balance 8 weeks before your visit. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement date, then the whole payment is due on booking. We reserve the right to re-advertise your holiday, should the balance payment not be received within the 8 week period.
Personal Insurance & Cancellation Cover. We strongly recommend that you take out your own personal insurance at the time of booking to include cancellation cover. If your holiday is cancelled more than 8 weeks before your holiday is due, your deposit is fully refunded.
If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before, payments made are non refundable. However, every effort will be made to try and re-advertise your holiday, which are usually offered at a reduced rate and any money received through that booking will be refunded.
Earliest notice of cancellation ensures greater success of re-booking.
Breakages. We work on trust and do not take a deposit for breakages but all breakages must be reported before leaving please. Depending on the extent of the loss, an invoice for breakages (or replacement keys) will be sent to you .
We stop heating the swimming pool on 19th September and depending on the weather it is closed soon after.
PROCEDURE FOR PLACING A BOOKING:
If you wish to make a reservation, we suggest that you first email us on email@example.com to check availability. Dates can only be held for 3 working days.
On request a booking form will be sent via email which has our Bank details, for BAC payments. Alternatively you can pay by Credit Card. Please contact Gill direct for credit card payments. We ask that you complete and return the booking form via email
We are unable to confirm the booking until we have received your signed booking form and the deposit has been received.
