• The feature in this room is a large antique free standing log burner in the centre of the stairwell.

• The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer and dishwasher and stocked to a high standard with kitchen utensils etc.,

• There is a lovely balcony overlooking the hill with a tall table and chairs to enjoy the view - lovely place for breakfast.  

• There is no washing machine in this property, but guests have the use of the laundry which is close by and includes a tumble drier.

• There is a shower room/WC on the ground floor

• On the first floor, off the galleried landing, there are 2 good sized bedrooms,

• one double bedroom with wash basin  

• one twin bedroom - it is possible to put a put u up bed in this room for an extra child.  

• The shower room has tiled floor and walls and has a large shower, WC and bidet

• There is a child gate at the top and bottom of the stairs to give parents peace of mind, knowing that small children can't wander up or down the stairs.

• For alfresco dining it is important to have a terrace. In addition to the entrance terrace, there is another terrace which is elevated to capitalize on the fabulous view and will seat 6 comfortably.
